3 Pathways Relationships in Detail (3 Ways to Enter Pathways)
1. Love Relationship
Apply to the Pathways program and achieve the language level and grade required to directly enter one of 100+ Universities/Colleges. Our Pathway partners in North America recognise the language certificates we provide as proof of required English proficiency on the same level as TOEFL or IELTS.
2. Romance Relationship
Complete the highest level of English or German proficiency and enter chosen University or College partner without TOEFL/IELTS results. Only the Institution's Standardized Entrance Test will be required.

Canada: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa and Victoria
USA: New York, Boston, Los Angeles at Torrance, Los Angeles at Orange County
Germany: Frankfurt & Munich
Start Dates: Every Monday, year-round
Length: Study period depends on your starting level of English/German.
How do I Apply:
- Learn about your program options - contact Languages Abroad Pathways department at reservation@sprachcaffe.com
- Complete placement test and send the results to Pathways department to receive customised study plan; you may complete the English test online here, or contact us for the German proficiency test.
Upon agreeing with the study plan, please send:
- Languages Abroad Application Form and copy of your passport
- International Application Form to chosen University or College
- High School Diploma and translated academic transcripts
- Affidavit of Support, bank statements in English (only for U.S destinations)
- Other documents specific to the program requirements as outlined by the Languages Abroad Pathways representative
- Submit payment to release Letter of Acceptance and Conditional Letter of Acceptance from chosen University or College:
- 40% of ESL/GSL Tuition (refundable)
- $150 Registration Fee (non-refundable)
University/College Application Fee (if applicable)
- Study at one of our 10 Pathways centres to get the English level you need or one our 2 German Pathways centres.
- Make the transition: visit campuses, meet academic advisors, attend information sessions and university/college fairs
3. Dating Relationship
Languages Abroad will prepare you for the IELTS / TOEFL test that will open the doors to any English-speaking University in the world. Or we will prepare you for the German TestDaF proficiency test.

Refund Policy
A full tuition fee refund, less the registration fee ($150) will be granted if Visa Application was denied. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:
- The original letter of rejection from Citizen and Immigration Canada or U.S. Department of State
- The original Official Letter of Acceptance
- The original receipt of tuition payment
- A written refund request by the parent including the name and address of the check recipient
There will be No Refund in the Following Circumstances
- If the student chooses to withdraw for reasons other than the Study Permit being denied by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, U.S Department of State, or the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees
- If the student is found to be in violation of the school's policies and is asked to withdraw from the school
- If false medical information was given and conditions were not disclosed
